Son Of Frenchenstein

Son of Frenchenstein

2026 Halloween Series

Acrylic on Stretched Canvas | 16 × 20 inches | 2026

Son of Frenchenstein proves that being a monster runs in the family—but so does being irresistible.

Following in his father’s oversized footsteps, this little French Bulldog brings a new generation of mischief to the classic Frankenstein legend. With his bright green body, carefully stitched seams, miniature neck bolts, oversized ears, and unmistakably serious expression, he may have inherited his father’s monstrous appearance, but his puppy-dog eyes reveal a much softer side.

Set against a vibrant blue background, this playful portrait combines the nostalgia of classic monster movies with the irresistible charm of a French Bulldog puppy. His slightly awkward posture and innocent expression capture the wonderful contradiction of a creature designed to frighten but destined to be loved.

Part of the 2026 Halloween Series, Son of Frenchenstein explores the beauty of imperfection, the bonds of family, and the idea that we don’t have to be exactly like those who came before us to carry a piece of them forward.
